So what is Proper Indian food?
It’s 100% natural, healthy, tasty food made from the freshest ingredients – simply, it’s Indian food we eat at home.
Curries
Our curries contain only the following natural ingredients – tomato, onion, ginger, garlic, water, salt, chillies and dry spices. 100% natural
Starters
Our starters are made of gluten free flour, vegetables, onions and spices. Our chicken pakora uses only flour and spices. 100% natural
Mushtaqs Pilau Rice
Mushtaqs unique Pilau Rice is not fried. We use a dash of oil to brown the onions, light seasoning, cinnamon sticks, rice and water. 100% natural
Nan breads
Nans baked to order. Flour, egg, water and a dash of sunflower oil. 100% natural
Marinades
The yoghurt we use for marinades and sauces is home-made with pure milk. Our technique gives it a unique flavour. 100% natural
